  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources professional to lead strategic HR initiatives and operations. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment, HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement, with a focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate, centralized HRIS database for effective personnel record-keeping.
  • Design and implement performance management systems that align individual KPIs with company goals.
  • Analyze and report on HR KPIs to improve recruitment efficiency, retention, and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Review and refine HR SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and support leadership with feedback strategies and succession planning.
  • Champion company culture by organizing engagement activities and promoting core values.
  • Advise management on disciplinary issues, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with discretion.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and legal updates to recommend strategic improvements in HR practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
