Role Purpose
As the Clinical Value Partner, you are responsible for driving the clinical promotion and growth of high medical value (HMV) products within a specified disease area, closely aligning with the business direction and strategy. You will be responsible for leading clinical promotion and enable patient access to HMV products across patient journeys, supporting internal teams with clinical insights, and developing engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You demonstrate personal purpose around improving the healthcare ecosystem thinking from an enterprise level, beyond boundaries and borders, to bring the best possible outcomes to the health environment; creating better health outcomes for more patients faster, and by bringing a strong entrepreneurial mentality with outstanding partnering capabilities.
- Lead the clinical promotion and enable patient access to HMV products across patient journeys with good insights of clinician prescribing habits and competitive landscape, in alignment with the business direction and strategy.
- Act as the disease expert in developing the disease portfolio ecosystem that enhances the patient journey and leveraging in-depth knowledge of the market landscape related to patient experiences.
- Partner with customer partner and integrated solutions team to achieve HMV targets and provide clinical insights & medical value to support the business direction and enhance Roche’s competitive edge
- Venture innovative business models for business sustainability and achieving HMV targets
- Develop and implement a strong KOL engagement framework within the assigned disease area (awareness, acceptance, adoption and advocacy) and build alliances with key stakeholders (e.g., physicians, disease champions, associations, pharmaceutical, payers, hospital marketing team) to drive competency and utilization of HMV products in clinical practice.
- Plan, organize, and conduct clinical marketing initiatives (e.g., Continuing Medical Education (CME), clinical reference network and symposia) to increase clinical awareness and knowledge among healthcare professionals
- Actively gather and analyze competitive information and provide feedback to the internal team (e.g. customer partner, integrated solutions and access & policy team) to inform on actionable insights and strategies
- Conduct training programs for internal teams to enhance their understanding of the clinical benefits and applications of HMV products.
You are someone who are/have:
- Proven ability to execute strategies, track and measure results
- Entrepreneur mindset and strong business acumen together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results.
- Meticulous attention to details and effective communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, creative thinking and time management skills
- Team player demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally thrive and collaborate in a cross- functional environment
- Expert medical/clinical knowledge is desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Health/Biomedical/Science/ Pharmacy discipline or equivalent from a reputable University
- Experience in clinical, medical and laboratory discipline is required
- At least 2 years of diverse healthcare experience in relevant disease states or clinical practice (i.e., Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Women’s Health, Oncology, Pathology, Clinical Chemistry, etc.)
- Detailed technical/clinical knowledge of disease portfolio, patient journey and solid knowledge of healthcare marketplace in Malaysia and Brunei
- Strong ability to work in matrix and collaborative environment
- Preferable with coaching and mentoring experience.
