The Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of HR business processes.
  • Provide customer service on HR-related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting.
  • Supports Global HR Centers of Excellence in system maintenance activities.
  • Advise HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, and support the embedding of the new ways of working.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Displayed high integrity on the job and complied with Roche guidelines, including data privacy rules and regulations.
  • Align service delivery and quality with overarching objectives of the global HR
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with the countries, customers, and regulations.
  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships and communications to partner in a proactive and customer outcomes-focused way.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR area or service delivery/customer care environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory due to collaboration with China counterparts.
  • Experience with standard IT applications, preferably Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of Workday HR processes.
