SAFETY MANAGER

•Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and labor regulations •Identify potential hazards related to raw material import, storage, manufacturing processes, and export logistics. •Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses across facilities and operations. •Develop and enforce company safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans. •Review and update safety procedures regularly, especially with changes in material handling or production lines. •Lead safety orientation and ongoing training for employees and contractors on topics like fire safety, PPE use, machine operation, and chemical handling. •Conduct regular drills for emergency response, evacuation, and spill containment. •Perform routine inspections of warehouses, manufacturing floors, and transport vehicles. •Oversee internal and third-party safety audits and manage corrective action plans. •Investigate all accidents, near-misses, and safety breaches; maintain detailed incident reports. •Develop and implement preventive measures based on incident analysis. •Monitor waste disposal, emissions, and storage of hazardous substances (if any). •Ensure safe handling of paper dust, adhesives, and cleaning chemicals used in hygiene paper production. •Prepare monthly safety performance reports and present to senior management.
