Branch Head (Consumer Electronics) (Based in Kuantan)

1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.

• Develop and implement strategies for the channel assigned to ensure the market share growth
• Implement sales and business development strategies to achieve the sales target
• Deliver prompt and efficient sales visits and market coverage to existing and new dealers
• Create exciting programs to strengthen Samsung's Leadership position in the trade
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure the execution excellence of all marketing and sales promotion activities
• Translate brand and trade strategy into detailed channel plans, including trade segmentation, category management, and distribution in line with KPIs
• Develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the Sales Target assigned
• Effective communication and close liaison with dealers, customers, and inter-departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales & marketing activities and services

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• Preferably with 10-12 years of working experience in retail/channel/national sales in consumer products
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated Market/ Channel Management experience in the area of Consumer Electronics / FMCG
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and competitors' strengths and weaknesses is required
• A good team player and able to work under a tight schedule
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint presentations
