HR Executive/ HR Senior Executive
· Act as a liaison between management and employees by addressing inquiries, interpreting policies, and assisting in resolving work-related issues.
· Ensure timely preparation, distribution, and filing of important staff letters, including those related to transfers, salary adjustments, visa requests, staff status changes, headship appointments, promotions, professional memberships and other ad-hoc letter.
· Perform daily administrative tasks, such as maintaining organized files and processing paperwork. Establish and maintain an effective filing system to preserve historical HR records, keeping both past and current information accessible.
· Contribute to team objectives by supporting related tasks as needed.
· Loan Agreement, PGDTT, EESS, etc. – Oversee and manage related documentation and processes.
· Fixed-Term Contract Renewals – Ensure timely renewal of fixed-term contracts for local staff based on their contract end dates. Monitor retirement cases and issue necessary letters.
· Staff Movement – Track and manage staff movements for both Education (Edu) and Subsidiaries (Subsi).
· Headship Appointments (SUBSI Only) – Monitor and oversee headship appointments within subsidiaries.
· Be well-versed in employee-related policies, including the employee handbook, leave policies, overtime regulations, travel policies, employee referral programs, and any other relevant policies.
· Assist in organizing HR engagement events and activities.
· Undertake other general ad-hoc tasks under GHR (Group Human Resources) as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualification:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years related working experience.
- Strong communication skills and has to ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultures.
- Must be details oriented with a mature attitude and pro-active team-oriented approach.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to listen actively to employee feedback.
- Must be proactive in their tasks, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently. They should anticipate challenges, take ownership of their responsibilities, and actively seek solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
