Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy, expand our digital presence, and manage impactful marketing campaigns. This key role involves developing an engaging social media strategy, optimizing our newly launched website, and leveraging the OpenApply CRM system to enhance enquiries and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Marketing & Action Plan
- Execute the Strategic Marketing Plan and develop a clear, results-focused Action Plan.
- Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the College’s vision and enhances its reputation.
2) Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement a compelling social media strategy that showcases our ethos, academic excellence, and ambitions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to increase global engagement and attract prospective families.
3) Global Reputation & Pupil Recruitment
- Strengthen the College’s international reputation as a premier choice for high-quality education, particularly in boarding.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to target international audiences, drive enquiries, and boost overall enrolment.
4) Website Management & Enhancement
- Oversee the continuous improvement of the College’s newly launched website, ensuring it remains innovative, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Optimize the website as a powerful recruitment tool by effectively showcasing key differentiators, parental advocacy, and academic achievements.
- Implement SEO best practices and content strategies to maintain a dynamic and engaging site.
5) CRM & Email Marketing Optimization
- Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to enhance the functionality of the OpenApply CRM system.
- Automate and optimize email marketing campaigns to deliver relevant, engaging content to prospective families and agents.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality messaging across all email communications.
6) Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Creative Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Officer, and Videographer to execute cohesive, impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Director of Admissions and Marketing, Head of Admissions, and Senior Communications Manager to align marketing efforts with the College’s strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, strategy execution, SEO, website management, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- A creative thinker with a balance of innovation and practical execution.
- Results-oriented with a passion for delivering measurable impact.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
