About The Role Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in tech/IT recruitment to join our team permanently. As an individual contributor, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent through various job portals, managing a high volume of vacancies, and navigating a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical recruitment expertise with proven success in utilizing multiple sourcing platforms to build robust talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for tech/IT roles, leveraging multiple job portals including LinkedIn, Monster, and other platforms to source qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence across various job boards and professional networks to build lasting talent pipelines.
- Optimize job postings and search strategies across different platforms to maximize candidate reach and response rates.
- Manage a high volume of vacancies while ensuring timely delivery and quality of candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques and platform analytics to make informed decisions and improve sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external platform representatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on job portal features, capabilities, and best practices to maximize sourcing effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4-6 years) in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech/IT recruitment.
- Extensive experience with major job portals including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and other professional networking sites.
- Advanced skills in boolean search techniques and creating effective job portal search strings.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or corporate environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently across multiple platforms.
- Expert knowledge of various sourcing methods and technologies for recruiting tech talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with recruitment metrics and multi-platform sourcing analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in tech hiring.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting across various regions or global markets.
- Advanced certifications in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with recruitment CRM systems and talent pipeline management tools.
- Knowledge of emerging job boards and professional networking platforms.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
