As we continue to grow in Malaysia, we are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Executive to expand and strengthen our affiliate network.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to grow and manage our affiliate network, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), agents, and stockists. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining strong partnerships to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Networking & Partnership Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners (KOLs, KOCs, agents,, etc.).
  • Negotiate commission structures, partnership terms, and special promotions.

2. Affiliate Program Management

  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI.
  • Quality Control: Ensure affiliate partners adhere to brand guidelines and promotional policies.
  • Reporting: Manage budget allocation, track commission payouts, and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare contracts, process payments, and manage benefits for affiliate partners.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing Team to integrate affiliate campaigns into digital marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Team to ensure timely delivery of products and samples.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
