Job Responsibilities: Responsible for office administration matter such as filling, scan, photocopy and general office duty Prepare petty cash claim, Prepare Purchase order, Monthly stock take and maintain stock balance record. Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accounting record. Ensure sales collection matched with sales invoice and transactions are captured in accounts accurately and timely. Responsible for account receivable and payable. Liaise and reconcile outstanding with debtor/creditor on overdue accounts payment Assist in preparing of monthly management accounts. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management. Job Requirement: Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English Computer skills: Microsoft Office and knowledge on SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage Good Attitude, Willing to Learn and Hardworking.
