Job Description

  • Handle corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of clientele independently. For Junior staff, we will guide & mentor them.
  • Attend meetings, prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly review/update and maintaining proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance.
  • Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records.
  • Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work, and maintaining high level clients’ services.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an ICSA qualification.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial firm.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can handle public listed companies.
  • Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia’s listing requirements, Securities Commission’s Guidelines, and other relevant regulations related to public listed companies.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diligent, self-motivated, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility.
