  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department independently.
  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate monthly and yearly financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation (SST, corporate tax), audit, and regulatory filings.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities as needed.
  • Implement and improve internal control policies and financial procedures.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis, reports, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MIA) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
  • Prior experience in leading a small finance team or operating independently in a finance role is required.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
