Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by leading the end-to-end sales cycle for CRM solutions, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CRM or relevant SaaS business development or sales, with an installed base or track record of success, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer challenges, and industry trends.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong track record in direct and channel sales, with the ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals across diverse markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional people-management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration among various internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-first mentality with a passion for providing exceptional service and delivering results that align with client goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing CRM solutions or SaaS for large-scale enterprises or organizations within specific industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
