Job Title: Inbound Call Support Specialist Location: Medini Iskandar Puteri, Johor Company Overview: We are a growing team providing customer support services for a leading e-hailing and delivery platform in Singapore. Our focus is on delivering timely assistance and high-quality service to enhance the customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls regarding inquiries, feedback, complaints, and technical issues related to the company's services. Ensure accurate and helpful information is delivered in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with team members to meet daily service targets, including KPIs and SLAs. Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage). Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. Full training provided for new joiners to the call center industry. Willing to be based in Medini Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
