  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Provide technical and service support to assigned district accounts.
  • Identify and address customer challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Conduct necessary chemical tests, record and report findings, and manage product inventory levels.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain chemical dosing systems and process monitoring equipment.
  • Support Sales Representatives with the implementation of new applications for both existing and new clients.

Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in technical service or field sales support.
  • Experience in water treatment systems such as cooling towers, chillers, and boilers is highly desirable.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.
  • Willingness to travel and assist with equipment maintenance and repair is essential.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
