  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Department : Facilities Management

Responsibilities:

  • Key contact point to any complaint that relates to HVAC Systems mainly in Mechanical Services by end-user or client.
  • Conduct routine Inspections and planned preventive maintenance for Mechanical Services in the HVAC System as scheduled.
  • Assist with any breakdown or corrective maintenance for Mechanical Services in the HVAC System when required.
  • Assist Building Leader with day-to-day operation matters.
  • Assist any other team as and when required.
  • Assist other maintenance teams when needed.
  • Supervise services contractor as and when required.
  • Cooperate with vendor and client for operations matters.
  • All other duties are assigned from time to time by the supervisor and/or company.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical certificate mainly in HVAC system
  • 1-3 years of experience in facility or maintenance management in a commercial building, plant, or factory.

Benefits and allowance :

  • OT : average 3 months is RM650
  • Allowance : On-call allowance RM105 (average 3 months)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 16 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
