Supervisor (for Senior Living)

温馨护老之家 Merry Care is a trusted elderly care provider based in Kuala Lumpur, with multiple branches located in Kepong, Selayang, Old Klang Road, and Cheras. For over 24 years, we have been dedicated to serving the local community by providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for the elderly. We are currently looking for a responsible, caring, and proactive Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a standard of care for all residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Act as a point of contact for residents’ families and address any concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Assist in planning and organizing activities and programs to enhance residents’ well-being.
• Manage documentation and reporting, including incident reports, care plans, and staff records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external partners to ensure comprehensive care services.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality elderly care.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Working Conditions:

• Require weekend or public holiday shifts.
• Must be physically fit to assist with residents’ mobility if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
