  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Objectives

  • Ensure building, fire system, structure are well maintenance and safety comply to Malaysia regulation
  • Supervises the quality of for facility team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Establishes liaison with local Government bodies and all-important Municipal Emergency Services i.e. MBIP, Bomba, DOSH, and etc.
  • To handle all correspondence and administration of license application, ensure compliance and approval from relevant authorities
  • Supervises the quality of work for contractor. Ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, safely and comply with the RFQ and regulation
  • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility and environmental management
  • Assist in Customer and quality system audits and follow-up on corrective actions

Principal duties

  • Oversees building, fire system, structure and grounds maintenance, safety comply to Malaysia regulation
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of for facility team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Establishes liaison with local Government bodies and all-important Municipal Emergency Services i.e. MBIP, Bomba, DOSH, and etc.
  • To handle all correspondence and administration of license application, ensure compliance and approval from relevant authorities
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of work for contractor. Ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, safely and comply with the RFQ and regulation inclusive manages and reviews service contracts
  • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility and environmental management
  • Assist in Customer and quality system audits and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations and manage the ISO 14001 system
  • Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
