As Senior HR Executive you will support management and employees through diverse HR-related tasks, emphasizing organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and clear communication. Your role ensures accurate administrative support, effective employee relations, and smooth operational flow within the HR office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining accurate personnel records, verifying payroll processes, and managing employment milestones such as probation confirmations and contract renewals.
  • Maintain, update, and disseminate critical HR documentation, including Employee Handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR policies, guidelines, service agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Manage employment pass applications and renewals, ensuring strict compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation programs, recruitment assistance, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer leave management, attendance tracking, and prepare formal HR correspondence such as appointment, confirmation, and promotion letters.
  • Coordinate staff training activities by liaising with external training providers, maintaining comprehensive training records, and handling grant applications.
  • Generate detailed monthly HR reports for management reviews and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance, manage employee relations proactively, resolve conflicts, mediate disputes, and foster a harmonious work environment.
  • Supervise and mentor junior HR team members, providing direction, guidance, and regular feedback.
  • Participate in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management systems, support managers with performance issues, and identify training needs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and recommend actionable insights to senior management.
  • Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to align with current employment laws and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and current regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and payroll management processes (preferred).
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Reporting Structure:
The Assistant Manager, HR Operations and Employee Relations, will report directly to the Human Resources Manager or the Head of Human Resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
