HR Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Execute day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee profile.
  • Track attendance records, annual leave, medical leave and other leaves.
  • Administer payroll, employee welfare, and benefits.
  • Deal with employee requests and resolve disciplinary issues.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Handle foreign worker hostels, applications, documentation, and any other related issues.
  • Other administrative matters and ad hoc requirement.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree/ relevant Diploma qualification.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices, and legislation would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
