- Execute day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee profile.
- Track attendance records, annual leave, medical leave and other leaves.
- Administer payroll, employee welfare, and benefits.
- Deal with employee requests and resolve disciplinary issues.
- Assist with recruitment activities, job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Handle foreign worker hostels, applications, documentation, and any other related issues.
- Other administrative matters and ad hoc requirement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree/ relevant Diploma qualification.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices, and legislation would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
