- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Generate lead to support student recruitment team for the University
- Experiment with new formats, features, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in social media management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in higher education or mission-driven organizations is preferred
