  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Today, Tian Si Jewellery has 3 retail outlets in Johor Bahru with more than 30 experienced staff ready to provide professional service and deliver great customer experience. Not only service, Tian Si Jewellery also introduced new 3D design service in their retail outlet for customer to customise their unique jewellery.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts
  • To independently handle full set accounts (Bank Reconciliation/JV/Audit worksheet)
  • To handle AR (All transactions related to sales/monitor debtors aging/filing)
  • To handle AP (All transactions related to purchase/monitor creditors aging/filing)
  • To handle payment & filling including bank finance, hire purchase, expenses & claim
  • Daily cash flow reports, projections, and updates to management
  • Petty cash reimbursement consolidation
  • To handle related parties’ company full set account
  • Perform other ad hoc duties from superior and management as and when required.
  • Support in yearly annual audit support, administration, and compliance with appointed auditors & tax agent
  • Facilitate company transition to E-Invoicing in January 2025
  • Ensure proper working area housekeeping - clean, systematic, and hygienic

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of job related experience
  • Have a good team member attitude
  • Highly responsible, punctual, initiative, and independent to carry out key responsibilities
  • Good communication skills at all levels

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

  • RM4,000 – RM4,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
  • Daily meal allowance RM4/working day
  • Parking allowance RM40/month (for Mount Austin and Southkey Mid Valley only)
  • Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
