  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Open Position (KL area & JB):

1) Quantity Surveyor (Senior/Junior)

2) Account Executive (Senior/Junior)

3) Civil and Structural Supervisor

4) Protege- Admin/ Engineer (Senior/Junior)

5) Site Manager

6) Lorry Driver

7) HR Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and lead the site team for smooth timely task completion according to drawing and specifications
  • Business minded, cost control, minimise wastage and prevent mismanagement and theft and machineries idling, maintain workers discipline
  • Establish a excellent method of site work implementation to liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and supplier
  • Establish, record and maintain a full set of project documentation
  • Ensure that projects are complying with any construction drawings, safety standards, specifications, high quality of works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or 6 years working experience for those having qualification SPM, Certificate from college , or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent
  • Preferable for those experience in design & build for hospital is advantages
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in building construction
  • Good knowledge of building works, M & E works coordination
