  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. The role involves working closely with the business analysts and development team to create the processes and tools for effective delivery of software systems to meet the requirements of the users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organizations Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline.
  • Automate the integration and deployment process by selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools.
  • Train development team members in the usage of the organizations Integration and Deployment pipeline.
  • Act as the gatekeeper in various stages within the Deployment pipeline.
  • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Proactively monitor projects in the pipeline to identify and resolve issues and risks, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with internal auditors and group auditors on scheduled audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a DevOps role
  • Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Linux, Windows
  • Modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)

Added Advantage:

  • Knowledge in Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) container security and optimization
  • Knowledge in Azure Dev ops pipeline building or similar build processes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
