Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Banca division aligned with the company’s overall objectives.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
Sales Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the banking sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Performance Monitoring:Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining progress against targets and strategic initiatives.
Training and Development:Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with sales strategies and operations

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum years of experience in sales leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
