We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing various communication channels, handling customer orders and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, private messages, comments, and emails from customers.
- Take orders online (scripts and training will be provided).
- Manage customer orders using the company's system.
- Record and organize phone numbers and other customer information in the database.
- Handle online presentation of products, ensuring customers receive full acknowledgement of products.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist customers in handling external systems as needed
Qualifications
- Must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Customer Service/Business Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient in using computers, smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Able to communicate effectively via phones and WhatsApp.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient in responding to comments and customers inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proficient in English (Preferred)
- Proficient in Mandarin (Preferred)
- Proficient in Tamil (Preferred)
- Works well with minimal supervision
- Experience in customer service and managing online product presentations is a plus.

Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM or 12 PM - 6 PM (Rotate Shift)
