The L2 Support Intern will assist in resolving technical issues, automating manual processes, and improving system reliability. This role offers hands-on exposure to troubleshooting, scripting, database management, and low-code development.


By working closely with experienced engineers, the intern will gain valuable insights into system support, automation, and continuous improvement in an enterprise environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Developing scripts and automation workflows to improve system efficiency.

  • Writing SQL queries to analyze and automate database processes.

  • Supporting low-code solutions for process improvements.

  • Collaborating with engineers to resolve incidents and enhance system performance.

  • Documenting resolutions, best practices, and knowledge base articles.

  • Learning and applying new technologies to optimize support workflows.


Requirements


  • Educational Background: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Interest: Demonstrate a desire to work in the cross functional service / support space, have passion towards writing code and continuous learning.

  • Collaboration: Ready to collaborate closely cross functionally.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Great written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to work effectively as a team.
