Job summary

Lead initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various marketing channels as well as analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibility

· Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital, social, and traditional media channels, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and adapting to evolving market dynamics.

· Oversee and optimize the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with a focus on emerging platforms and technologies that could offer new avenues for engagement.

· Lead the content creation process, ensuring all content—from blog posts and social media to email campaigns—aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives, while also engaging the target audience and supporting SEO strategies.

· Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Report on marketing KPIs to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business objectives.

· Act as a bridge between marketing and other departments (e.g., sales, business development, customer service) to ensure cohesive strategy execution and to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

· Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

· Prioritize personal and professional development through continuous learning and by mentoring junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the marketing department.

Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy, with at least 1 years in a senior or leadership role.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms.

· Exceptional writing and editing skills, able to craft compelling content for various audiences.

· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

· (Optional) Advantageous to have experience in B2B marketing, especially in ICT, AIDC, Retail, F&B industries and/or certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work well across teams and with external partners.

· A proactive and creative problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
