  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: BIM Modeler

Location: Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya

Tenure: Permanent

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Qualifications:

 A recognized Bachelor or post graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering

 A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in Engineering Consultancy/ Construction

industry

 Background in Data Centre design is a plus

 Experience with software like AutoCAD

 Proficiency in BIM software like Autodesk Revit MEP is essential

 Certifications in BIM processes will be an added advantage

 Good understanding of engineering design and analysis

 Ability to model and coordinate mechanical systems in a BIM environment

 Knowledge of building codes and standards

 Good communication and collaboration skills

Role Description:

 Performing as M&E design consultant roles for data center projects from feasibility studies to conceptual design

 Designing & developing technical solutions for clients’ projects

 Producing, coordinating and reviewing M&E design drawings and specifications

 Review of workshop drawings & regular inspection of works onsite for quality checks

 Review all Testing and Commissioning plan and attendance of all tests in shop factory and

onsite

 Liaison with authorities having jurisdiction for approval of submissions and installations

 Travelling out of town if required for project needs

 Attending all project meetings

 Project closure and prepare handover document
