  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Tooling Design and DFM preparation/presentation.
  • Responsible to designing mold and creating 3D CAD Model and 2d Engineering Drawings.
  • Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.
  • Prepare mould specification and checklist.
  • Prepare mould component drawing and assembly drawings.
  • Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.
  • Resolve any design technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct check to ensure all programs and tooling are correct.
  • Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.
  • Need to perform/discuss DFM/Tool Design concept with customer.
  • Able to select the correct steel material to ensure tool life.
  • Responsible for Purchase Requisition for all components/Mold Base and steel material.
  • Responsible for workers disciplinary behavior.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing or Tool & Tool/Die or related.
  • Able to use UG software and Top Solid.
  • Above 5 years of working experience in Plastic Injection tool design.
  • Addition LSR knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
