The DRSC Audit team plays a vital role in supporting audit professionals by managing engagement documentation, processing data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. The selected candidate will work closely with audit teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, from the planning stage to the completion and wrap-up phase. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the setup of audit engagements in accordance with standardized procedures and Deloitte policies. • Process and transform raw data from engagement teams and audit clients into structured, usable formats utilizing various tools. • Manage audit-related documentation, including bank confirmations and accounts receivable confirmations. • Perform financial statement tie-outs by verifying numerical accuracy and ensuring consistency across all relevant documents. • Provide administrative support to the audit center, facilitating efficient audit operations. Qualifications & Requirements: • A degree in secretarial studies, business administration, or a related field, or relevant experience in an administrative support role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong proofreading abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with data processing tools is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Adaptability and flexibility in managing workload and priorities.
