PROCESS MANAGER

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes involved in the import, storage, production, and export of paper and packaging materials to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and control costs. • Create, document, and implement SOPs for all critical activities – from raw material import handling to final product dispatch – ensuring consistency and compliance. • Design and monitor streamlined workflows for the import of paper and packaging materials, including customs documentation, inbound logistics, and supplier coordination. • Oversee production process flows related to household and personal care products to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve material yield and resource utilization. • Facilitate seamless integration of processes between procurement, warehousing, production, quality, and export functions to ensure smooth operations and accountability. • Ensure all process flows comply with industry regulations (ISO, GMP) and internal quality standards, working closely with QA teams to minimize deviations and ensure traceability. • Manage the process flow for export of paper and packaged goods, including packing, labeling, documentation generation, and customs clearance coordination. • Drive usage and optimization of ERP systems for real-time process tracking, material movement, and reporting across departments to increase transparency and control. • Define, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational processes such as import lead time, production turnaround, inventory accuracy, and on-time export fulfillment. • Train teams across departments on new or revised processes, leading change management initiatives that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
