QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

•Develop, implement, and maintain ISO-compliant quality management systems •Ensure compliance with national and international standards for paper products, hygiene products, and packaging materials. •Monitor quality across all processes — from raw material import, production, packaging, storage, and export. •Establish inspection and testing protocols for imported paper and packaging materials. •Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure quality expectations are met before materials are accepted into inventory. •Set quality benchmarks for the production of tissue, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, napkins, and other hygiene paper products. •Monitor in-process controls and final product inspections to ensure product integrity. •Lead efforts to minimize waste, reduce defects, and improve product consistency. •Ensure that all products designated for export meet destination country requirements and customer specifications. •Manage documentation and certifications related to export compliance and product testing. •Supervise QA staff and conduct training programs for production and packaging teams on quality standards and hygiene protocols. •Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization. •Lead internal audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies or customers. •Maintain accurate QA documentation, including test results, incident reports, corrective actions, and trend analyses. •Provide regular reports to senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvement plans.
