  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager IT Solutions to join our dynamic team at IseoSolutions Asia Ltd. This full-time position is based anywhere in Malaysia (working remotely), and will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our cutting-edge IT Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management (DMS) solutions and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within Malaysia
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their IT needs and requirements
  • Presenting and demonstrating our innovative IT products and services to customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a detailed pipeline of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience in the IT solution/technology industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with IT products, services, and emerging technologies preferably in the document management area (like OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint)
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong customer references
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
