Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Documentation
- Prepare, manage, and maintain business documents, agreements, and reports.
- Handle proposal submissions, quotations, and tender applications for clients.
- Ensure accurate and organized filing of company records, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for documentation needs.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
- Prepare, proofread, and format business proposals, contracts, and official letters.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to gather required details for proposals.
- Submit proposals and tenders according to client and regulatory requirements.
- Track and follow up on submitted proposals and contracts.
4. Event Management
- Assist and coordinate company events, including seminars, workshops, networking sessions, and internal training.
- Handle event logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for improvements.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a tech, consulting, or business service industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of business compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling tenders and business proposals.
- Familiarity with HR management systems and payroll processes.
Knowledge of CRM and AI-related industries (a plus but not required).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
