Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Documentation

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain business documents, agreements, and reports.
  • Handle proposal submissions, quotations, and tender applications for clients.
  • Ensure accurate and organized filing of company records, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for documentation needs.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

3. Proposal & Tender Management

  • Prepare, proofread, and format business proposals, contracts, and official letters.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to gather required details for proposals.
  • Submit proposals and tenders according to client and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and follow up on submitted proposals and contracts.

4. Event Management

  • Assist and coordinate company events, including seminars, workshops, networking sessions, and internal training.
  • Handle event logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for improvements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a tech, consulting, or business service industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of business compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling tenders and business proposals.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems and payroll processes.

Knowledge of CRM and AI-related industries (a plus but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
