  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Edufront Johor Office (Iskandar Puteri)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Off Days: Friday & Saturday
Working Hours:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 12.30 PM – 9.30 PM
  • Monday and Sunday: 8.00 AM – 6.00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused university graduate to join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive at our Edufront Johor office. If you have a strong passion for education and a commitment to service excellence, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in supporting our operations in Singapore by ensuring the smooth delivery of our educational and enrichment programmes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and driving sales conversion
  • Providing excellent customer service support
  • Managing student registrations and enrolments
  • Maintaining and updating the Student Information System (SIS)
  • Administering tutor onboarding, scheduling, and communication
  • Monitoring student attendance and programme logistics
  • Coordinating printing and distribution of teaching materials
  • Managing our Learning Management System (LMS)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with basic administrative systems
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and a great team player
