Provide strategic direction and leadership to various teams, ensuring that development projects are planned, executed and completed efficiently. Manage and oversee the company development and building projects throughout the entire life cycle of the project to ensure key milestone and objectives are met, with project management for all phases, including concept planning, coordinating, monitoring, engagement with stakeholders, risk assessment and mitigation and regular reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish goals and strategies for property development.
  • Oversee project lifecycles, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work with government agencies, community stakeholders, and investors to secure project approvals and support.
  • Ensure adherence to zoning laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage project budgets and financial analyses, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Promote sustainable practices and incorporate environmentally friendly standards into projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • This role involves managing property portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines, and effectively coordinating with government agencies

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, with a proven track record of handling large-scale projects and leading teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering/Construction Management. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in project management, particularly in development projects.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa, problem solving capability and development planning skills
  • Experience in a government-linked company or experience with significant interaction with government agencies.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and development trends.
  • Familiarity with land laws, lease agreements, and property-related legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
