About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Filtration/Manufacturing/Fabrication sector, who is currently looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Account Executive – Korean Speaker to join their finance team. This role will involve close coordination with Korean-speaking counterparts and clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth communication across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Korean-speaking clients, vendors, or internal stakeholders to resolve billing or finance-related queries
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements
  • Assist in audit preparations and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written Korean (must be able to communicate professionally)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
