About the Role

We are representing a leading player in the HVAC industry that delivers comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to commercial and industrial clients. As part of their strategic expansion, the company is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strong financial leadership and support sustainable business growth.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and capital structuring, while contributing directly to high-level decision-making alongside the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics in the HVAC industry
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements to support operations and growth
  • Monitor financial performance, cost structures, and profitability across projects and business units
  • Advise on investment strategies, pricing models, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and relevant authorities
  • Evaluate potential M&A activities, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial matters and business direction

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in the HVAC, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors
  • Minimum 10–15 years of finance experience, including team leadership and strategic involvement
  • Strong grasp of financial management principles, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Familiarity with project-based accounting, cost control, and pricing strategies in technical industries
  • Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded, with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is a strong advantage)
