Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and coordinate new hire documentation
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Support work pass applications and renewals (if applicable)
- Assist in employee engagement and HR-related projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll practices
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
