Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and coordinate new hire documentation
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Support work pass applications and renewals (if applicable)
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR-related projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
