About the Role:
This role focuses on growing the data centre cooling business in the Asia Pacific (AsPAC) region using advanced liquid cooling technologies that support energy efficiency and sustainability.
You will plan and execute marketing strategies, promote thermal management products, adapt global plans for the local market, and lead product launches. The goal is to support business growth, meet sales targets, and build a strong presence in the data centre market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thermal management marketing plans in the AsPAC region.
- Support the creation of annual marketing plans to drive leads and achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends and share insights with global teams.
- Localize global marketing and communication materials.
- Lead event planning and coordination in the IT/data centre space.
- Manage product launches and ensure local market fit.
- Build market knowledge and share insights within the team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B brand, product, or offer development.
- Creative and analytical thinking to shape marketing ideas.
- Experience in developing new business areas in a corporate or start-up setting.
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry and cooling systems (2+ years).
- High commercial awareness and understanding of business performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Solid negotiation skill

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
