Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Salesman to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing property sales. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a talent for sales, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to prospective buyers
- Provide clients with market insights and property valuations
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on properties and projects
- Build long-term relationships with clients and stay in touch for future needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to understand clients' needs and present suitable options
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Real estate license or certification (preferred or as required by location)
