Job Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, open houses, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs (buyers, sellers, investors).
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
- Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to price properties competitively.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and negotiation tactics.
- Marketing & Listings
- Create and execute tailored marketing plans (MLS, social media, virtual tours, etc.).
- Stage, photograph, and list properties to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Transaction Management
- Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
- Troubleshoot issues (financing delays, repairs, contingencies) to keep deals on track.
- Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry regulations, technology, and local market shifts.
- Leverage brokerage tools (CRM, training, lead generation) to optimize performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven track record of sales success (or hunger to learn if new).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy (MLS, CRM, social media, e-signature tools).
- Self-motivated with a hustle mentality—able to work independently + collaborate.
