We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Service Representative (Mandarin) to join our team. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms
- Handle customer complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Accurately record customer interactions, including inquiries, transactions, and feedback
- Meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
- 24-hour rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Able to read and write in Mandarin (have to deal with clients from China & Taiwan)
