We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Service Representative (Mandarin) to join our team. If you enjoy communicating with people, have strong problem-solving skills, and are able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, we welcome you to be part of our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Accurately record customer interactions, including inquiries, transactions, and feedback
  • Meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
  • 24-hour rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin (have to deal with clients from China & Taiwan)
