We are looking for a responsible and detailed-oriented Admin to join our team! The ideal candidate will handle general administrative tasks and provide support to ensure efficient office operations and ad-hoc tasks required by the Management in daily basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Ensure the Maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Handle day- to -day office administration task/job.
- Manage filing and documentation
- Able to prepare and update reports, invoices and records
- Prepare and process documentation for guard scheduling, deployment, holiday/leave schedules, and attendance sheet (punch card)
- Maintain and update employee records, including guards’ profile details, training
- Assist with payroll calculations and claims for operation side
- Coordinate with security supervisors, Security Officers, Guards, Operation Team members and Management
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain stock of uniforms, equipment, and office supplies
- Support HR duties including recruitment and onboarding of guards and team members
- Handling with FOMEMA, Guards Renewals
- Able to use SQL system- for invoice and other payment issuance
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.
