1. Recruitment

  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from the advertising process to screening resumes, conduct interviews, perform checks and coordinating with hiring managers.

5. Administrative Support

  • HR Administration: Handle various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, correspondence, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
  • Manage payroll system: Update and manage payroll system, including liaising with provider.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and recruitment activities, etc.

6. Employee Benefits and Compensation

  • Salary Management: Assist in preparing and managing employees’ salary and claims process. Ensuring compliance with the government's laws on contributions and deductions.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
  • Compensation Support: Help in administering compensation programs and ensuring they are aligned with company policies and market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
