SALES COORDINATOR (BASED AT GRANADA HOTEL, JOHOR BAHRU)
· Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
· Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities or service (e.g hours of operation, rate and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurant etc)
· Responsible for coordinating internally with team
· Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers
· Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g proposals, contracts, banquet event orders)
· Ensures all documents produces by the sales department (e.g banquet event orders, contracts, rooming lists, proposal) are completed accurately and on time
· Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
