Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permits, and reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
  • Update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations
  • Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative duties, preferably in Procurement
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment

Job Location: Bandar Bukit Raja
