  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our automotive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and build strong relationships by understanding their automotive needs.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Provide accurate product information, including pricing, warranty, and financing options.
  • Assist customers with test drives and ensure vehicles are presented in excellent condition.
  • Negotiate sales prices and close deals in alignment with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong database of prospects.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer retention.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and vehicle display standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for cars.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of financing and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,625.71 - RM1,700.00 per month
