  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Accounting:

  • Handle daily data entry tasks related to accounting.
  • Prepare weekly cashflow reports and monthly financial report summary.
  • Assist in general accounting functions, account payables and maintain orderly financial files.
  • Familiar with cash flow management and banking operations.
  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
  • Account overseeing and act as caretaker every transaction.
  • Assist in Yayasan’s program planning and implementation, especially in terms of budget disbursements.
  • Any accounting related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

CSR:

  • Assist the team in implementing CSR programmes including preparation, logistics, and event settings.
  • Assist in develop and execute CSR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for community engagement, sustainability initiatives, and social impact programs.
  • Assist in coordinating volunteer programs, charitable giving, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other organizations to maximize social impact.
  • Assist in internal and external communications related to CSR efforts, including reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing account.
  • Have a good passion for charity field.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws and filling procedures.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent and responsible person.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance with high level of accuracy, integrity and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel at times.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
